How many times have you wanted to give a beautiful, hand-made bouquet of flowers or create your own stand-out table decoration? This course will teach you both skills and no experience is required!

Students will learn how to condition flowers and foliage (picked from our own garden here at the Green Room). They will be shown how to make either a round or an oblong table decoration with a candle. Once this is completed they will use any remaining flowers to create a small hand-tied posy and be shown how to make a large, curly florist’s bow to complete the look.

Flowers are not provided for this course – please purchase your flowers for no more than £10 at a local supermarket as close to the date of the course as possible. You should purchase three bunches of different-sized flowers (e.g one bunch of spray carnations, one of roses and one of daisy chrysanthemums). Soft stemmed flowers such as irises, daffodils or tulips are not suitable for this course.
